ALUMEX,
a 100 % Uruguayan company has the leadership in the production of
aluminium frames for buildings. We afford more than 35 % of the
local market and continue growing since our beginning in 1998. We
perform the complete production process: melting, extrusion and
final preparation and presentation. We count with 3 presses in a
11000 m2 and 3000KW plants, plus 8000 m2 for storage an expedition.
The Executive Power has declared our industrial proposal as a matter
of national significance in which we have invested more than 3 million
dollars in the last year.

have recently put into work an extrusion plant with modern technology
(Cold Dies) unique all around the MERCOSUR.
